You will need to print out the RMA form, fill it out and include it in the box. Once we receive it in our warehouse we will issue a refund for all unopened devices.

Not all sinks are created equal! The angle of your faucet, or the depth of the sink is most likely causing the water to splash out! Try it on a different sink!

{{answer_A3UotI07AYcv}}are sensitive to light, if the detect light they will not turn on. This could be light coming in from the window, hallway ect.
     
 
Have you tried putting new batteries in? *

     
 
Have you tried taking the batteries out, waiting a minute and then putting them back in again? *

     
 
Have you cleaned off the metal pieces inside of the battery compartment including the springs? *

We have found that if they are dirty or corroded the batteries don't have enough contact for the {{answer_A3UotI07AYcv}} to light up.
     
 
Wipe down all of the battery contacts inside the battery compartment! Put your batteries back in and you should be good to go!

 
Try putting new batteries in! This should fix the problem!
